As you know, The Colour Works is committed to “changing the way people work together” for the better – translating improved emotional intelligence in leaders and team members into more vibrant workplaces in which everyone feels valued and gets heard. Ever since we started, back in 2003, clients have been amazed by the transformative power of the colour model on themselves and their relationships, both in and out of work, saying things like “Why didn’t I know this stuff before?! “Working with these young people is tremendously rewarding,” adds Giles, “seeing them visibly grow in confidence throughout the programme. And 2021 is shaping up to be an exciting year for growth.”
