Giles wins prestigious 'Outperformer Award' from Vistage

We’re proud to announce that our Founder, Giles Miskin, has won another award from the global leadership network, Vistage. Members and Chairs gave him satisfaction scores of over 95% for 12 presentations or more in 2019 to gain him a prestigious ‘Outperformer Award’.

Giles established The Colour Works in 2003 to promote vibrant, inclusive workplace cultures and authentic, honest leadership. The company rapidly became the largest distributor of Insights Discovery in the UK and remains that way today, working with organisations large and small across all 3 sectors. With 13 accredited facilitators and a broad spectrum of learning and development solutions, The Colour Works is successfully fulfilling its brief.
