The Story So Far

About Us

In 2003, The Colour Works was founded on the south coast of England by Giles Miskin. Today: we’re truly international. We’re one of the largest distributors of the Insights Discovery colour model in the world (and the largest in Europe) and award-winning Learning and Development specialists.

Our mission is to transform the way people work together. We do what we do to create vibrant working environments in which people feel valued and get heard, communication is honest and clear, decision-making timely and robust, and authentic leadership filters throughout the organisations we work with.

And in 2017, Giles also founded our sister charity, The Colour Works Foundation. The Foundation supports socially-excluded young people transform their lives through the magic of colour.
