Sarah‘s Discovery Profile

Motivator-1
Consultant, Facilitator and Coach

Sarah Fosberry

With over 15 years of executive coaching, mentoring, facilitation and organisational development expertise, Sarah is passionate about working with strategic leaders, business owners and company Directors, providing them with a safe space to think, reflect and consider ‘what if’. Sarah uses effective and supportive challenge when engaging with leaders, and as a result, they develop greater self-awareness and identify solutions, which leads to the achievement of identified business or personal outcomes. Sarah coaching focuses on performance, leadership, management, change, career and life coaching.

Approach

Sarah’s approach to coaching is client-centred; encouraging leaders to work and think in a way that focuses on how they ‘show up’ and present themselves both as leaders and as a person. She helps her clients to consider situations from different perspectives, think deeply and explore options creatively. She also takes a holistic approach to executive coaching, bringing work and life together where the links present themselves, using models and theories such as GROW, CLEAR, Group Action Centered leadership and deep listening to support leaders to achieve their coaching goals.

Sarah contracts with clients and their organisation to identify clear outcomes and holds her clients accountable for their actions by ensuring all coaching sessions are relevant, timely and outcome focussed. Sarah uses her intuition to reflect back to the client what she observes and hears; this supports a transformational approach and is evidenced in the feedback and evaluation of her work.

Leadership coaching

Sarah enjoys coaching people in the areas of transformational change, authentic leadership, leading others, 1-1 and leading strategic teams, as well as influencing and managing upwards. She believes that developing strategic leaders leads to greater business results and encourages her clients to invest time effectively in their people as part of the achievement of business outcomes. Sarah also has experience in transition coaching, which can be defined as coaching leaders who are or looking to take on a new leadership role with changes to scope and scale.

Professional background

Sarah works with leaders internationally, in both public and private sector (financial services, Hampshire Constabulary, Hampshire Fire and Rescue, professional services, energy, pharmaceuticals, health and leisure and local councils) and has extensive experience in organisational development, training, learning & development and sales.
