Graham Cook
Graham loves to work with individuals and teams to help them interact more effectively and improve performance. He has always been driven by a desire to contribute and make things better, and feels lucky that he gets the chance to do this every day, through leading from the front as well as behind the scenes.
With over twenty years in people management at multi-national companies, Graham has experienced his fair share of people issues. This, plus time served as a Parish Councillor and School Governor, means that he is able to tailor his approach to a wide range of industries, sectors and environments.
Graham has led the introduction of the Insights Discovery colour model at BAE Systems in Rochester and their implementation of Operational Excellence. His focus on the Cultural Enablers and Enterprise Alignment dimensions has led to sustained business improvement.
Over and above his work at BAE, Graham has also worked with clients as diverse as global manufacturing group Bühler, the Environment Agency, Network Rail and Monkwick Junior School in Colchester. Based in Essex, Graham holds an honours degree in Electronic Engineering and an MBA. He has been awarded Chartered Engineer status, Fellowship of the Institute of Engineering & Technology and a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Judo.
