Respected and trusted by clients, Anil has over 25 years’ experience in learning and organisational development, the last 13 being in the third sector. Previously he spent 8 and 9 years in the automotive and telecoms sectors respectively.
Anil gets real satisfaction from working with clients to strengthen their capabilities in leadership, organisational culture, diversity and customer service, having also implemented frameworks for performance, coaching and talent management.
He has grown his ability to understand, then correctly interpret organisations’ people development needs into viable interventions that underpin their core values and support performance, growth and social return.
In addition to being an Insights® accredited Licensed Practitioner, Anil is a fellow with the CIPD and CMI, an accredited Coach & Mentor, a member of the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) and an MBTI Practitioner.
To re-energise, Anil has been known to take on the odd, longer distance bike ride, for charities close to his heart, some of which include completing London to Paris in 2011, The Birmingham Velo in 2017 and Ride London in 2019.
