About Us

The Colour Works was founded in 2003 on the south coast of England by Giles Miskin. Today, we’re truly international, working with individuals, teams, and organisations to unlock their potential.

We specialise in delivering tailored Insights Discovery workshops, leadership development programmes, and team-building events that ignite self-awareness, improve collaboration, and drive measurable performance. As Europe’s largest provider of Insights Discovery, we’ve partnered with global brands like Nike, Microsoft, and Rolls Royce, while also supporting local heroes like the NHS, most county councils, public sector organisations, SMEs, and microbusinesses to create meaningful, lasting change.

Looking ahead, we’re embracing innovation to meet the evolving needs of the modern world. From pioneering cutting-edge self-awareness tools and developing bespoke leadership and coaching programmes, to building a world-leading community of Insights Discovery practitioners, we’re committed to empowering individuals and organisations to thrive in every environment.

We’re equally passionate about giving back. Through our sister charity, The Colour Works Foundation, we’ve been helping socially-excluded young people transform their lives since 2017. By using the magic of colour and the principles of self-awareness, we strive to help build brighter futures.
